Terms of service

These terms describe how businesses and their authorised team members may use Ylper. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent.

The service

Ylper helps businesses manage inbound conversations, qualify enquiries, deliver approved information, coordinate human handovers, and sync lead details to connected services. Features and supported channels may change during the public beta. An administrator controls which connections and automations are enabled for their workspace.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content, contacts, team access, automation instructions, and third-party accounts you connect. Use Ylper only for lawful, authorised business communication. Respect customer opt-outs and the terms of any messaging or integration provider you use. Do not use the service to scrape contacts, send unsolicited bulk messages, or interfere with other users or the service.

Connected services

When an administrator connects Google Sheets or another service, Ylper uses the permission granted to carry out the configured integration. The administrator must have authority to connect that account and spreadsheet. Third-party services are also governed by their own terms. Access can stop if the third party revokes permission, changes its API, or experiences an outage.

Automation and AI

Automated replies and extracted lead details can be incomplete or incorrect. You should review important customer communications and keep a human escalation path available. You remain responsible for decisions made from information in your workspace.

Workspace data and privacy

Your business retains responsibility for the data it submits or connects. Ylper processes that data to provide the service as described in our Privacy notice. Contact us if you need access, correction, export, or deletion assistance.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Ylper available and secure, but beta features may be interrupted or changed. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date.
