PRIVACY AT YLPER

Privacy notice

What Ylper processes

Ylper processes account information, business configuration, inbound and outbound messaging data, and automation activity needed to provide the service. Depending on a customer's setup, messages may be processed by WhatsApp, AI providers, integration partners, and infrastructure providers. Gmail, shared email, web chat, and other inbound channels are planned and are not yet generally available.

Waitlist information

When you join the beta waitlist, we store the contact and company details you submit, your role and team size, inbound volume, current tools and channels, desired channels, timing, use case, consent choices, submission timestamps, referral and campaign information, browser locale and timezone, and limited abuse-prevention data such as a one-way IP hash and user-agent string.

How information is used

We use information to review beta fit, contact applicants who consent, prioritise the product roadmap, measure launch demand, prevent abuse, operate automations, understand and qualify enquiries, support human handover, secure the service, and provide customer support. Product updates are only sent when separately requested. Ylper does not support contact scraping or cold outreach.

Retention and control

Waitlist applicants and customers can request access, correction, export, or deletion. Customers can configure service retention periods. We avoid storing unnecessary passport, identity-card, banking, or payment-card information. Secrets and connection credentials are encrypted and are not exposed in the dashboard.

AI processing

Configured AI services may classify intent, extract structured fields, answer approved questions, and prepare summaries. Deterministic application rules—not the AI model—enforce tenant separation, opt-outs, idempotency, handover, and follow-up eligibility.
